The gentleman at our check-in was easily friendly and helpful with the few questions we had about the local area.

This was my first time traveling alone. Checking in and checking out was easy. I hate that I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that checked me and out. Very friendly and professional. He made me feel welcome. Very helpful. Everyone that I encountered was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using this hotel when I return. My son moved to Charlotte a year ago. So I will be returning soon. Thanks again for making this experience easy for me!

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The space was clean. Parking was convenient. I would be happy to stay here again on my next trip to Charlotte!

We came in to Worship and Praise with Maverick City Music at the Spectrum which was in walking distance. Staff was above exceptional! Breakfast was amazing and staff was awesome.

Maid did not clean my room before checking in. Went to the bathroom and noticed it hadn’t been flushed. It was full and stopped up. Called front desk they brought me a plunger for me to take care of a problem that was left there before I checked in. Not happy. Normally Hampton inn is pretty reliable but this one is below average.
