everything was excellent no complaints, will be booking the same hotel when i plan another visit to Charlotte, NC

The tile floor was extremely dirty and sticky, with pop or some type of stains. String and dirt was on the floor. Large stains on the carpet and furniture.
The staff were very nice and efficient, at the breakfast area.

My car was broken in at the hotel. Why do you pay a parking fee and no security. Police was call but the hotel staff was not available for the cameras on a Saturday the manager should be able to get this footage in the absence of the staff member. Very disappointing. My car was parked in a well lit area. So sad.

The hotel.needs pets control it is was bugs in my room

Was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size, overall 10/10!

It’s a great place but needs to be update. Love the snack box that comes with the suites but the bathrooms are very very outdated
