The stay was great from check-in to check-out. Staff was friendly and helpful and had me checked-in and checked-out quickly! The room was spacious, quiet and clean. And the restaurant offers great breakfast and lunch options while the bar/lounge offers great drink and dinner options at night. Try one of their drink specials; the smoked old fashioned is one of their specialities! Super convenient location -- right off I-77 with a lot of shopping and food nearby.

We booked this hotel for the hotel shuttle and breakfast. Upon arrival at the Charlotte airport we contacted the hotel to arrange for the shuttle. We were told where to go to meet the shuttle. After waiting for half an hour we call the hotel again regarding the shuttle. We were told they were on the way and would arrive shortly. Ultimately we took alternative transportation after waiting for an hour. Upon arrival at the hotel the shuttle was sitting at the hotel with no driver present. We were told by another Hilton employee that this property often “plays games” with the shuttle and does not provide the shuttle as advertised. Additionally, we had paid for the breakfast at the time of booking. At check in the manager told us breakfast was an additional charge. After informing him we had prepaid he then decided we had only paid for one which made no sense since we booked the room for two people. He did give us a voucher for two breakfasts. Just disappointing to have these issues when the Double Tree brand usually provides excellent services. Apparently, the shuttle is once every hour which is fine if they follow through which was not the case in our situation.

beds and rooms clean ,had to go up one floor for ice, paid for breakfast in advance and then we got bill for 38.00 because we ate a different items we wasn't suppose .. i would rate this hotel 2-2 1/2 stars. signs outside from police ,not to leave anything in vehicle , u may lose it,cost u 12 dollars to park outside ur room. i wont be back.

Clean, comfortable hotel close to airport for our travel plans. Elevator was very slow, had to use stairs s few times.
