Didn’t like the set up of the king room with TV sitting next to bed instead of facing. Also, there was limited staff on site and difficult to get someone on the phone when we called the front desk. Our refrigerator was not working. There is a community microwave instead of in each room. Lastly, our shower was leaking tremendously onto the carpet in the next room.

Dear Courtney, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us! We are grateful for your opinion. I am sorry that you experienced challenges during your visit and that we were not aware, so that we may have rectified them. We do have a community microwave on each floor, as a service feature to our guests not staying in the suites. I regret that the new refrigerators holding feature was not obvious. The units will run until temperature is achieved, then they turn off. There is a button, on the interior wall of the fridge, which allows for running up to two hours continuously, and then stop. Finally, we have team members at the Front Desk at all times. I am sorry that we may have been with another guests when you had called. I have shared your comments with our leadership team as a way to better the experience for all of our guests. Thank you, again, for taking the time to share your thoughts! I am grateful.
