While I enjoyed the staff at the front desk everything else wasn't as great. The hallways had smoke in them from people smoking in their rooms, the staff told everyone checking in NO smoking in rooms only outside. I can see that is a huge problem at this location. The bath rooms also still had hair in the bathtub, toilet, and floor.

This hotel advertised 24/7 shuttle. I was denied shuttle from the airport to hotel and told to take a taxi to hotel because shuttles don’t start till 2:45-3pm. (according to the manager of the hotel). I had to take a Lyft. I called ahead to see if my room was ready. He stated “yes” once I arrived less than an hour later, I was told my room was not ready and had to wait nearly 45mins. The customer service was terrible. However, there was one older gentleman who took me to the airport the next morning who was extremely nice. He actually apologized on behalf of the managers treatment towards me. I booked this hotel for the price, location, and shuttle. I HIGHLY suggest you book at a hotel who does not offer false advertising and terrible customer service.

Staff where nice. Shuttle service was great, on time and accommodating .
Breakfast hours not available until 7:00 AM - One of the reasons I picked this accomodations. Some type of voucher or reduction for not being able to utilize breakfast.
