Dirty and in disrepair. Killed 2 roaches when I entered the room.

Even though it was a non smoking property, it smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby and the halls, the perfect need to be carpet's definitely need to be cleaned and or replaced. Very humid and carpets were damp or wet.

As is obvious I booked through Expedia. They charged $100 for using a third party which “will be refunded after the room is inspected”. The room was in as good a shape when we left as it was when we got there except the dirty towels on the floor by the tub. They haven’t refunded my $100. I could have stayed in some Blue ribbon, 5Star, swanky place for the kind of money this room has cost me. So either never Comfort Inn and Suites or never Expedia again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I’m no fool.
