Convenient location. Needs updating. Mismatched paint used to touch up walls/doors in room.

Terrible experience. I reserved a room with two beds, but upon check-in, I was told they had “run out of rooms” and was given a room with a king bed instead. Despite booking a two-bed room, they couldn’t offer accommodation at another property. They then offered a rollaway bed, and when I asked for extra blankets, they claimed the property didn’t have any available. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Marriott, and neither the staff nor the managers were willing to provide a credit or any form of compensation for their mistake.

Overall, a great experience. Was disappointed with the housekeeping service. Went an entire day with no service after requesting it. Had to constant go downstairs and get more towels. Everyone was nice and friendly. Hotel was up to date and clean.

I think the facility is (carpet) dated but with that said they have done an excellent job with there upgrade to the facility.

There is nothing in the room - coffee maker, tea pot, or fridge. So you have to buy coffee and it meant you have to wait until the bar is open and you have to leave your room! There are two glasses for water in the bathroom but they were filthy and they seem to have never been washed. I paid for breakfast with my booking, but found out that you have to go the bar and order, which means I had to sit and wait instead of a breakfast bar like most hotels have. Some of the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and some had a bit of an attitude. For the price and the name, you would expect a lot more decency from this hotel.

I am sorry to hear that you were not aware that we have a coffee maker (also for tea) and refrigerator located in the cabinet on the side of the tv, opposite the desk; and apologize for the condition of the drinking glasses in your guest bath.
