Let’s start at the beginning… I will give high marks to the woman at the front desk. She was friendly and professional. We were given our key and arrived to a room that had unmade beds and a diarrhea filled toilet that didn’t flush. I called the front desk and we were given another room (kudos to front desk lady for handling). We arrived to a much better room, as in the toilet was functional and not full of feces and the beds were made. The next issue I encountered was that it took literally 5 minutes for the water to get hot. I actually started taking my lukewarm shower thinking this was as hot as it was going to get. Upon leaving in the morning, there was a mildew smell in the hallway.
Honorable mention:
Let me preface that this isn’t really the hotel’s fault, just annoying. The room we were given to replace the diarrhea room was an adjoining room and our neighbors were a family with two children (babies or toddlers) that quite literally cried all night and screamed all morning. I can speak to the thickness of the walls as I felt like I was in the same room as them they were so loud.

The elevator wasn’t working and we had to take the stairs outside. It was fall so the weather was nippy I didn’t like walking the stairs at all.
