The people were very nice. The lobby seems to have been recently updated with modern lines and colors. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. My issue was with the bedding. The pillows were the size of throw pillows for a couch and they were lumpy. In the middle of the night, I’d roll over and roll off of the small pillow. My other issue with the bedding was that the blankets only seemed to come up 3/4 of the way to the top of the bed so my shoulders were exposed and the blankets didn’t seem big enough for 2 people to share in a queen sized bed, almost like they were sized for a full sized bed. The bathroom, while clean was tiny and the vanity was exposed to the rest of the room making it hard for more than 1 person to handle teethbrushing and not wake others with the lights and sounds.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience with us! We do apologize for the pillows. We are actually in the process of replacing all of our pillows in the hotel from standard size to queen size, and we think everyone will notice the difference! We are replacing them floor by floor as procurement is difficult in this day and age. As for the bedding, we think the housekeeper may have tucked in too much at the foot of the bed, however we use king sheets for king beds and queen sheets for queen beds. We appreciate your feedback as it can help us improve our service levels!
