I really wanted to love my stay here but unfortunately it was extremely inconsistent. Staff was either extremely friendly or extremely rude. Check-in is a nightmare, the “wellness” messaging is not aligned to reality. There is one weekly yoga class & barely any other options especially on the weekends. The resort itself is beautiful. Dining- I would dine elsewhere. Every single meal there were substitutions that were undisclosed (some examples, bacon & egg sandwich, bacon was subbed for Arugula… yuca fries subbed for regular fries, bbq sauce for honey mustard) you never knew what you were gonna get. Overall price value is not there. Beautiful resort but not a relaxing stay with so many inconsistencies & disappointments & wait times for food - lunch & dinner always waited over an hour before an appetizer was served.

Very beautiful but expensive. No hotel entertainment day or night. Room was clean. The resort fee per night was something I felt is excessive since you're not really getting anything for it other than the same amenities you book with the room and the rooms aren't nothing special for the price per night. The local taxi drivers tell you more of what you can do then the guest service. The food was good, expensive.Everything is a taxi ride.
