The location of this property is really great but having a rental car helped us explore. The access to Morningstar Beach was a bonus amenity. The staff at the swim up bar was great. They are definitely doing renovations at the hotel so not everything was perfect. Most everything was very good.

I recently stayed at Westin Frenchman Beach Resort, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The amenities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and added to the overall relaxation. Gorgeous resort! My husband and I just stayed 4 nights/5 days. The beach is beautiful and the infinity pool is amazing!! We loved having the swim up bar and the ability to go back and forth from the pool to the beach. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. LOVED the reusable water bottles they provide and all the water stations! We can’t wait to come back!

The other property had a great beach and one great restaurant the other was just ok.
The pools at this property are decent, the other property was way better.
Overall the food was good, staff was friendly.
I wish they had been more respectful as we spent the last 3 nights of our trip next to a room that yelled and screamed for literally hours at a time. The pot smell was awful, for a smoke free place to allow these people to smoke pot all day was very disappointing.
We called several times, nothing was resolved.
The first 3 days, the house keepers never came. Also, our first room was what we paid for and ocean view with a tub. We arrived the ac was leaking all over the floor so we got moved. The room we got was a partial marina kind of view no tub.

Beautiful Westin. Property is very pretty, rooms are large, great restaurants on-site and bars. Nice pool area with swim up bar. Views are fantastic.

First time in USVI - it was quiet, safe, lovely beaches and great food & drinks.
You don’t have million options like all inclusive hotels but what they have is more than enough.
Pools are great .. love they have a 14 pool for teens and 18 for adults.
My only issue was, we had a problem with the AC in our room and they didn’t fix it after addressing it multiple times. But they gave us credit for it.
