Location was great! Walking distance to everything. Property was very clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Very hard with flat, flimsy pillows.

Choice of views:parking lot or noisy street. Unit VERY dated, desperately needs updating. Carpet needs cleaning.

Very clean but hard to sleep

Everything was fantastic about this place except for the ability to fall asleep because of noise which is purely due to the way the sleeping room was laid out and the volume of the people in the hallways. Also there is a light in the hallway that comes directly into the sleeping room. There isn’t a blackout curtain to keep the light out.

Thank you for the review, we appreciate the feedback. I am sorry that your experience with Pointes North Inn fell flat. We make every attempt to keep the noise level in the hallways down in regard to other guests. Sometimes that message is not adhered to and some patrons can get a bit over exuberant, especially on the weekends. We are in the process of installing thicker curtains into all of our suites as we have upgraded our lighting in the hallway and that seems to be a common remark. Again, thank you for the review and we hope you visit us in the future!
