"La dame est très gentille, elle donne tous les renseignements que nous lui demandons mais la note de 8/10 pour l’établissement ne correspond en rien à l’état des lieux. Deux chambres sont correctes si on ne regarde pas le ménage, la troisième chambre avec salle de bain, la robinetterie du lavabo ne fonctionne pas. "We had a good stay. Two issues the swimming was freezing given the weather at this time of year in the west of Ireland it would be good to have the pool warmer as the kids wanted out after 20-30mins due to it being to cold. The other the staff in hotel were lovely and very accommodating however they were very young and food service was at times slow. For breakfast in the morning it took a long time to refill the food items."
