I liked everything but it would be a good idea to have water available to drink at the lobby. After long walks when not ready to go to your room yet. Thank you

Did not like the front desk staff. I dealt with 3 or 4 front desk members and they all had attitude towards me. I had simple questions like specific charges to my room, my key card getting de-magnetized. Even the valet guy did not greet nor acknowledge me. The cleaning ladies were fantastic and the buffet guys too.

Great location and property. I had several requests - I left my toothbrush at home; I needed a band aid; we needed an extra blanket. All requests were met without any challenges! Such a great experience and stay we had!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was cleaner and more up to date than I expected. Breakfast was better than other places I have stayed. The staff was always so helpful and accommodating. They always had a warm fire in the lobby. We really enjoyed eating at The Tavern which is within walking distance. This hotel has a view of boats and the harbor and it is a quiet and peaceful location.
