DO NOT BOOK - THIS IS A DERELICT PROPERTY - it has a few rooms ( internal not sea view) which builders use ) . There was no one there when i arrived , i walked around DERELICT areas then saw a maid who didn't know what to do. A lady appeared at reception and said they had no access to ecpedia bookings but i made her give me a room and asked for 50% refund - there is no food, no breakfast either. The owner was in court for lying (reception told me) -ehem i returned at 8pm no one was there , no security anyone can walk in - EXPEDIA TAKE THIS propery off your website and please refund me

Do not go to this place and try and save money

Posted 3 Mar 2019 on Hotels
This place should be closed hotels.com booking.com also state food included which is not true. there are no oceanview units they have been closed for years and falling apart. there is no bar or restaurant. The descriptions online in the photos look nothing like the place you are going to go. Also they letters book rooms in did not even tell us there was no hot water in they haven't had it for 2 weeks. We are trying to get our money back because we were so disappointed

We sincerely thank Frederick for taking the time to write this review and wish to apologize for any unmet expectations he experienced. Our poolside/ bar and restaurant are normally open to guests but were closed for a few days due to staff coming down with the flu. Unfortunately, we did have a difficult time during the week of his visit. We did experience an unexpected problem with a newly installed hot water system serving the rooming area where he stayed for 2 nights. This was explained to other guests and should have been explained to Frederick. We apologize for this oversight. Our water temperature is always above 78 degrees, so even our cold showers are not very cold:)). The hotel is situated on the 4 mile long white sandy Pinneys Beach, just 10 minutes walk from the Four Seasons-Nevis and all rooms are within a minute's walk to the beach. However our sea-view units were occupied by other guests during Frederick's visit and some were in fact closed for repairs which have now been completed. We therefore invite Frederick to return for a free 2-night stay in one of our sea-view rooms at a time of his choosing and a few free drinks at the bar. We guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I got there there was literally no one around. No hotel staff or guests. Hotel was dirty and looked abandoned. I walked around for about an hour before I went to a bar where someone said he could help me check in. But when he finally got to the desk he said I was not registered. I showed him Travelocity confirmation # stool he kept insisting I was not booked. Then he started saying I had not paid. I showed him again the Travelocity confirmation and money paid in full. This went on for a bit till finally he relented and walked me to a room. I have stayed in small and lesser known hotels all over the world, including Africa, South America and all parts of Asia. This room has to be worst room I’ve stayed in ever. Bathroom had only cold water , toilet was broken, no towels. Floor was dirty and room was full of bugs that kept buzzing and kept me up all night. Thank god I found another hotel to move to next morning and of course when I was leaving no one was at reception desk.

A place to sleep but little else

Posted 2 Jan 2019 on Hotels
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and the breakfast included in the rental package was good but it was all downhill after that. The room did not have hot water. We were told to run the water in the shower and eventually it would turn warm. By the time my wife took her shower after I did, it was cold. There was no mirror or towel holder in the bathroom. The shower curtain fell down 5 times before I finished my shower. The air conditioner worked reasonably well but the lighting was poor. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room and it had to be sprayed. Complimentary beer and soda were supplied in a nice size refrigerator. The internet worked adequately but needed a little coaxing to get to that point. No television in room. If you are simply looking for a place to sleep without the usual room basics, this place might be ok. However, if you want the basics like hot water, a hair dryer and a bathroom mirror then look elsewhere. Both the room and the hotel need a facelift.
