The people who worked at the hotel were lovely and we had a great breakfast to get us out the door and on the road Unfortunately, there is barely a lobby for a hotel. There are limited door accesses. The parking was very concerning, and the overall condition of the total disrepair.

Felt unsettling entering empty lobby by side door from dark empty parking lot having uneven ground. Often clerks not visible as enter. No security between entrance and elevator. Remodeled room tidy and bed and bath generally clean but not scrubbed.

My stay at Quality Inn Charleston was very pleasant. My room was clean and quiet and the staff was very prompt and professional in addressing any needs. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

There was a lot of homeless people around hotel and we didn't feel very safe with little kids
