The staff was so nice. They allowed our volleyball team to use the conference room to have lunch as a team.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke

This property is under major reconstruction/renovation. That should have been disclosed and discounted. Went for relaxation and got none due to continuous banging and pounding of workers renovating right next to us. My dog barked constantly because of the banging noises. Definitely no rest. The remote didn’t work, the extremely high bed my elderly mother had a hard time getting in and out of, the toilet was extremely low, there was something sticky all over the bathroom sink which could not be removed! Not a good weekend getaway, paid extra for the dog and just terrible experience!

Staff was very friendly opened the pool early for my granddaughter. First room we had wouldn't open correctly and got me in another room in 5 minutes. Under construction right now so it will improve.

All around great!
Posted 27 Jul 2024 on HotelsOur whole family agreed it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. The staff was SO nice and helpful and accommodating. The kids loved the pool and the parents relaxed in the courtyard. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised we had a mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker in the room. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast was great and the staff person in charge of breakfast was just so nice. If we ever drive through the area again we will absolutely stay here again!
