I was charged $5.98 more than Expedia quoted me. I reserved two rooms : one room had a beautiful harbor view and the other room had a parking lot view. Each charged the same price.

Reported light bulb out and it wasn't replaced before we left. Need vending machines Be nice to have shuttles to take visitors to tourist areas Most of the seasoned staff were super pleasant, The younger needs more customer care training.

The music from the rooftop bar was too loud so finally l asked the front desk to turn it down and within minutes it was down! Thank you Tremika for wonderful service!!

Have stayed at this hotel several times has always been nice and clean and staff have always been great. Definitely recommend.

Your property was so quiet!! We slept so well. Your front desk help was extremely friendly. Your pool was perfect for my lap swimming. Parking was so convenient. Breakfast options were amazing.

Staff was great. Disappointing was the cleanliness of the floors both wooden and carpeting in the lobby.

Hotel was in a very nice and safe are. However Hotel was a little tired and dirty. Could use a refurbishing. Especially whith the amount we paid.

Tremika Copeland, the operations manager, was amazing! She went out of her way to find us a room to exchange when we told her the first room’s bed was too soft for us. The room was cozy and clean with the best towels and sheets. The lobby was great with a pantry, bar, and dining area. Parking was easy and in a free garage attached to the hotel. I would stay here again!
