Extremely disappointed with this stay! They changed our room with no notice even though I booked 1 month in advance. Have been told the manager will call me, never has. We had to change rooms twice during our stay. Once was because we had an additional booking because we were fleeing the hurricane from FL understandable but the second room which I paid extra money for a Disability room. The toilet didn't flush, the shower filled up with water, and the TV and Internet were not working. The room they finally sent us too was not a disability room and half the size. Lastly we were told there would be no pet fee because of the hurricane and on checkout they charged us anyways. Don't tell a customer that and then charge them!

We evacuated here from Hurricane Milton, along with a lot of other Floridians. The front desk staff was amazing! They were friendly, empathetic to our situation and responsive to our needs. This included making fresh coffee for those who couldn't sleep waiting to see if we would have homes to go back to.

There was an elevator button that was stuck. It worked our first couple of days there, but after that we had to take the stairs down. We were told that maintenance was going to address the issue. It continued to malfunction for the remainder of our stay.
