The hotel was located in a great spot that allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The was a free shuttle bus stop across the street if we needed it and that was a nice feature.

Hotel was perfectly located to everything walkable. Great restaurants, historical sites, tours and entertainment. Rooms were decent for the stay. Staff was helpful and polite.

Had an issue with a/c unit leaking from cieling onto the rug. We mentioned this every day. Everyday they send a tech guy to vacuum out tge exhaust tube as a temporary fix but it kept leaking. Then tech decides to turn off the a/c as a fix. Couldnt sleep the 2nd to final night and decided ti check out early rather than spens another night in a room with a faulty a/c unit

Terrible water pressure in the shower. Clogged sink. And they didn’t make the bed or give us fresh towels

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, including the aquarium and Fort Sumter. There are tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance as well. There’s also a free shuttle right across the street if you don’t want to walk. The hotel is clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly located but they have not updated the facility to the Hampton standard I am used to. It is clean but the carpet is old and the furnishings as well. I would stay again but you have to know it is a dated hotel
