The room that I was given was dirty with open bags of chips in what seemed to empty cardboard boxes, there was a used towel on the floor and the bed wasn't made at all. I immediately checked out

No one at front desk. Came in from outside. Room was dirty. Roaches.
Smell of marijuana on the front desk clerk and all through the hallway on our floor. Not enough towels etc in bathroom. Just nasty. Not worth what I paid.
Booked this specifically for the indoor pool. Was told it was dirty and closed for cleaning, on that day. I think it was closed prior to that.
Clerk stated she was going to put out the no vacancy sign up because she was having trouble with the car reader. Just horrible service.

I liked the spaciousness of the rooms, and the night staff, Lucille, was very nice. The room was dirty when we arrived, crumbs on and around the furniture in the "livingroom," bugs in the bathroom when you turned on the lights, and very dirty vent filters. There was also "stuff" under the bed that the floor length bed cover hid. One night around 2am, there was an alarm that went off, lasting a few minutes that turned out to be an air condioning filter alarm indicating a need for the filter to be changed. The elevator usually had some trash, sometimes the same trash, several days in a row. Very limited breakfast items offered and coffee was out 2/4 mornings we were there.
