"The La Quinta Inn in Plainfield was the nicest place to stay that I have found in central Connecticut. The room was spacious and very clean, the shower was in good condition (a rarity these days), the beds were really comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I was there only one night so I didn't check out the fitness room or pool, but I'll bet they are nice too. The location is also convenient just off I-395, with a large grocery store and shopping center across the street. I was impressed with the deal I got on the room through Expedia. I will try to stay at the La Quinta every time I visit the area."
