My wife and I have truly enjoyed this property. Even our pup had an amazing time in the designated dog area. To me...
The listing said it was a VIP stay, although I did not see any perks during check-in like I've experienced at other hotels.

This is a beautiful, very well-maintained property that I'd highly recommend if you are visiting Sedona. I want to note their exceptional customer service. We arrived later in the day, and upon seeing that we were waiting behind a customer, the Concierge Brett offered to help us check in. I had made a mistake in booking my room (I booked the accessible room accidentally), and he was so kind, efficient, and professional in the way he helped us. He went above and beyond and was SUPER pleasant! It was refreshing and such a welcoming experience. Also, the breakfast in the morning is excellent, and the amenities in the room are perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and felt like I was at home away from home.

Parking is not the best. Tight and doesn't seem to be sufficient for amount of guests.

Breakfast options at the resort were really weak. Very bland, luke-warm food, crowded area. This is the weakest part of the stay.
