Absolutely No Visitors!!!
Posted 31 Oct 2021 on HotelsIf you just want a bed to sleep in then this is your place. Some of the basic hotel amenities were lacking at this hotel. My girlfriend quickly found out there was no hairdryer or an iron/ironing board for her clothes. Mini fridge was fine, but the microwave sitting on top had to be moved to the ground in order for the cord to reach the outlet for use. We Ubered to a nearby event where I was to meet my brother. My brother gave us a ride back to the hotel where I was called upon by the owner to come to the front desk. There was no reasoning with him, I explained he was just giving us a ride and was not staying the night. He stated absolutely no visitors, and I payed the up charge to have my brother for the 15min we used to catch up. Not very understanding staff!!!

Thank you for your business sir. This is extended stay sir if you would ask for it we wood provide you that all things bc we dont keep in the room, If you have asked for it to front desk and if the dont provide you than i am verry sorry. And our hotel police is we dont allow guest, I remember that day late night their was extra person and you came to office to reprogram the key and My self i asked you about visitor and you reserve room for 2 people and you said that he was your brother and he is not going to stay but he wants to stay for couple of hours and it was 1:30 am so our police is no visitor and still you want me to allow visitor, And we have this police bc in past guest bring visitor for couple of hours and that visitors still tools from our other guest trucks that police will be their and we will follow that police very strictly bc we have lot of guest who work with chemical and other company. I am really sorry for inconvenience,

Guest stayed for 3 nights and didn't complain about any thing but still we are apologies for it and we will take care of it
