The hotel itself is lovely and has beautiful amenities. The transport every 30 minutes to downtown Chania is a wonderful add-on, and the front desk people were all professional and had amazing service.
My partner stayed here last year and this year again, and likely we will be staying next year

Room was spotlessly clean, the large sea view balcony was our favourite part! The pool was gorgeous and we loved being able to place orders to be delivered poolside. The breakfast was top of the line with unlimited options, both hot and cold, and it was served on the rooftop offering outstanding views. Dinner at the restaurant, The Hill, was outstanding. The shuttle service to Old Town was extremely efficient and reliable.
I highly recommend this hotel!
The only con was the teeny shower & would have loved some drawer space to be able to unpack.

This was my favourite day of my whole three week trip. I had the most amazing time. I can’t wait to come back. I would say one of the nicest hospitality staff I’ve ever met!!!! Thank you so much. I can’t wait to stay again.

Second time staying there. Love the pool and restaurant. Easy parking. Close to CHQ. Free shuttle service to town.
