Our stay was wonderful. We loved the little pool and easy access to beach and restaurants as well as the on-site parking.
Breakfast was tasty and the service was lovely. The only thing I would mention is that our sink was clogged but repaired a few days into our stay.

Rooms were good and smart to use key for electricity, eggs were a little salty and room was not clean when i got back even though i left sign, they did have a usb port overall good.

We found the Elia on Expedia and all the reviews were excellent, I can honestly say the reality was just as good, if not better.
The room was a lovely size, a massive comfortable bed, and a quite frankly brilliant shower.
The greatest USP of the Elia is the staff, the lady who organised the breakfasts is really lovely and explained all the various breakfast dishes to us, lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and a spotless breakfast room.
The reception staff helped us find great places to visit, where to find the bus the Chania and local places to eat. They are all a tremendous asset to the hotel.

Breakfast was very good they had many options, the staff was very helpful and nice. Walking distance to restaurants and view of the water. The reason I gave some 4 stars is because the room was on the small side and they didn’t have an iron.
