I know this hotel is great location with simply to find and optimal price for the room rate. But I want complain 2 topic. 1.receptionist are not very good service they aren't willing to help customer have any questions and not smile as always. 2.I reservation 1 twin bed room but actually I got 1 large bed room (it's different price) I want to change my room but receptionist told me I should pay more if change to be 1 twin bed room.

location

Pros: everything at a convenience location
Cons: more info about the transportation to Changsha Airport, apart from shuttle bus, eg maglev train from Changsha Metro, time of operate and closing
Location: close to Changsha Old Town walking street, eat, shop & bar for drinking at very convenience place
nice and comfort 3 star hotel close to happening walking street, near to XiangJiang Metro station, a short distance from Wuyi Metro Station (main happening walking street) with reasonable price

Just a night stay on transit

Posted 15 Nov 2015 on Hotels
The two front female counter staff we came into contact with are very very cold. Why bother come to work when you are not happy with your work?? Do not expect a smile from them. They are like robot, no emotion at all.At times don't even look at you when talking to you. They certainly need customer service courses.

Changsha

Not too bad. Close to shopping centers/MRT and next to shopping street. The only setback is that there is no traffic entrance to the hotel. Have to lug your luggage thru the street to get to the hotel. A bit sleazy cos plenty of cards placed at your door soliciting for company. Otherwise stay was pleasant for 3 nights.

Wuyi Square Changsha

Only there one night waiting for my next hotel so cannot say much. Overseas vistors be warned Jinjiang hotels do not accept VISA for deposits. I could not find ATM that accepted Visa nearby either and was short of cash. Staff were obliging however. NB Wuyi Sq is on subway line but hotel about 10 mins walk from Metro.

Hotel in Good Location

Posted 20 Apr 2014
Pros: Value and location
Cons: If possible, more English speakers at front desk. Although, most of customers were Chinese. Only saw other westerners.
Location: Location was excellent. Taiping street next to hotel is a shopping street.
Excellent location, close to river. Good value for money. Front desk staff English not very good. Problem if you do not speak Chinese. Room size good for one person, would be snug for 2. Next to a shopping street. Even had a pizzeria, Pisa Pizza, which was not bad. Supermarket about 10 minute walk. Pizza Hut about 15 minute walk. Lot's of Chinese restaurants, but language is a problem. Changsha is not an easy town to get around if you do not speak Chinese.
