Staff at reception were very friendly. When we got to our room we realised they had given us the wrong room configuration. When we called the front desk to let them know they were very helpful and sent staff around with different room keys so we could get the room required. We didn’t get to use the facilities so can’t really comment but all staff were fantastic and we will stay there again.

While booking it said Breakfast included, but they didnt serve breakfast on arrival.

Staff super friendly making up for a property in deteriorating condition, but barely. The property feels like a freezer (lobby, rooms) with limited ability to set the thermostat. The rooms are poorly furnished, even falling apart. The outside appearance of the building looks dirty, moldy and a poor reflection of what it used to be. No maintenance seems to be the policy of this management. Breakfast OK but dining room also uninviting.
