Good location but pathetic service
Posted 10 Nov 2021 on HotelsHave booked this room for a night stay as I had to do some office work while staying in Chandigarh however the wifi service in hotel was pathetic. Room was changed with a view that I'll get better wifi signal however no use. I had to use my mobile data to be connected.
Cleanliness and Comfort wasn't up to the mark, asked hotel staff to change the pillow but no one came to even see it. Had to leave the hotel without even staying the night. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed in their Royal rooms, not even close to the photos uploaded. Rooms are poorly lit and completely different from the photos. Service for the complimentary breakfast was pathetic, nothing was available on time, need to followup multiple times.

It is not bad et all, only thing, I did not liked is the breakfast. They should do better job serving free breakfast because people paying good money to stay there. It very close to all the attractions, available in Chandigarh.

Rude Staff
Posted 11 Aug 2018Hotel staff was not friendly. They r not accepting international passport then I said cancel the booking so they said this is non refundable booking I can’t cancel this booking. Worst customer service
