"Great location away from the really touristic areas. We liked the adults only aspect and the location right by the beach. Only two negatives: The beach loungers are only put out at 9.30 am and by two young men who had to drag them across the road from the hotel 3 at a time. This led to people hanging around waiting for them to set up. The food is very good with a variety of choices changing every day. However starters and desserts ran out occasionally with later diners having less choice in the evening. "

I could go on and on about her but from my personal experience and based on my observations of her interactions with other guests, Ameena truly makes Hidden Gem a rare and unequaled example of how to create a pleasant and memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression (so much so that I booked another week!)❤️"

"Attention to detail and gracious service are clearly core tenets of this establishment. Gorgeous property full of simple elegance, not fancy yet both laid back and immaculately maintained. Host Will went above and beyond and was always close at hand to answer any questions and provide service. In the evenings the Gastropub opened with bartender Rico doing an amazing job making us feel welcome. Took at dip in the ocean every morning although beach was too rough for a full swim. Food was stellar, ate dinner here most nights overlooking the sea with a cool breeze and crashing waves adding to the relaxed ambiance.Saturday and Sunday nights had bands ripping and a great crowd coming in, both tourists and bajan alike with the cover waived as a guest. Off the beaten path location yet Took the ZD to central oistins in about a 15 min trip. Sick spot, hidden gem, Couldn’t ask for more"

Though not by the roadside, it's within walking distance to the main road opposite the Airport. In fact you can walk to the Airport and taxi services could be arranged when the need arises. Above all the facility has a very pleasant and welcoming proprietress who, though not staying close to the facility, is within a telephone call's reach. "
