We enjoyed walking on the beach and the meals. The two bedroom / two bathroom studio suite was beautiful and comfortable.

Posted 19 Oct 2022 on HotelsVery nice place, but starting to look old. The pictures on website are old. Room was very nice, but there was nothing in the kitchen ie:plates, cutlery, glasses and the nearest store to purchase is about 20-25 minutes away. For the price we paid there should have been something. No towel service either at pool.

Muy buenas areas verdes, malas las instalaciones
Posted 27 Jul 2021 on HotelsLa zona, la playa y areas verdes de la propiedad son muy buenas pero las instalaciones están en muy mal estado, como si estuviera abandonado. Las paredes tiene. Mucha humedad, todo está oxidado. Tratamos de usar el campo de golf y estaba cerrado y parecia pueblo fantasma. Ojala mejoren sus instalaciones y servicio

Beautiful - but unusable kitchen.
Posted 9 Jul 2019 on HotelsThis is a beautiful resort. Nice beach, pool, comfortable rooms, great AC. But, I booked this unit in particular because it had a full kitchen. No dishes, pots/pans, silverware or coffee maker. Really confusing because kitchen includes stove top, oven & dishwasher. Very disappointing. I'm guessing they prefer guest to not have food in their rooms because there are tiny ants all over. We bought a coffee pot, cups & plastic dishes rather than argue with the reception or housekeeping. Really - if your unit come with a kitchen, please furnish it with the needed items to use it. If I wanted just a hotel room, that's what I would have booked.

Posted 17 Mar 2018 on HotelsSecond stay at this property. Staff is wonderful and remembered us from last year. Only issue was that we had a kitchen unit and no dishes or cutlery. When we aaked for 2 more coffee cups ans bowls they wanted to charge us an additional fee. I put up a fuss and was given the cups , one bowl and two spoons for free. It is a unusal place, very pretty but never seems to have any guests.

The beach restaurant and bar is gorgeous. Food was very good.
Only disappointment was we had booked a room with a kitchen and there wasn't any dishes, cutlery or pots and pans. We had brought cereals for breakfast and didn't do us any good. Still I would definitely return but bring disposable plates and cutlery. The area is perfect for our purpose. P.S. Great pool.

Arrivés vers 19h30, nous avions réservé 2 suites pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants mais il semble qu une seule suite était réservée.. on nous fait payer un supplément de 500 pesos par enfant . Arrivés dans la suite, il y a bien 2 chambres mais pas de lits ou canapé lit pour les enfants. On se rend compte qu il y a une erreur dans la réservation et on prend donc une autre suite comme prévu. Pourquoi faire payer un supplément s il n y a pas de solution pour faire dormir les enfants??
Cet “hôtel” a du être sympa il y a 20 ans. À date : Infrastructures qui tombent en lambeau, parties communes sales, suites (appartement) avec une odeur particulière (renfermé?), service très bof.. seule la plage est jolie..
Bref passez votre chemin
