"What a charming place to stay - our hosts were so kind - offered to make a light dinner for us to save having to go out and find a restaurant. Lovely accommodation in a tiny village - very quiet. The pool was a bonus on a hot day."

"Hard to find the first time, but ideally located overall. Towns and champagne tour route nearby. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. We did not self-cater but with a boulangerie a short walk it would have been easy. We were only in for a short stay (attending a wedding) but would definitely stay again if we were to revisit the region."

"I booked this property on the bases of allowing pets and have parking as I have had expensive stuff in my car and it had to be parked in a safe place. We arrived at this old stable conversion only to found out there is no parking, in fact there was nothing. Just a not so appealing room with a shower. "Four nights here - and loved it. It is beautifully quiet, the room was lovely and the pool beautiful with a great view. Christine (the owner) could not have been more helpful, she was genuinely concerned about making sure everything was OK and you were having a good time - which I was! Had dinner there on 2 nights, really nice with wonderful view. Thank you Christine - love your place - I hope I will be back next year!"

"Despite our reservation having been confirmed, the person we contacted on the phone the day before arriving said that she had no trace of our reservation.... She said she was only doing AirB&B. She was full and said there no way she would accommodate us despite our reservation having been made nearly 3 months before. The person on the phone was unpleasant. "I think this property far exceeds the way it is described online. It is a bed and breakfast not a hotel so there isn't a front desk. The room was lovely and clean. The madame who ran the place was polite and friendly. The continental breakfast was pleasant and enjoyable - croissants, yoghurt, cheese and meat. "The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are alright too. But the location of the hotel is convenient only if the purpose of your trip is to visit the Cartoon Museum, which is around the corner. Handy for an overnight stop

"Nice little Hotel, room was clean and fresh and the staff were very friendly. It was our first time here and were pleasantly surprised. Good location just off the N10 and just right for an overnight stay on our way to Spain. Will definitely put this on our favourites list "

"The hotel staff was friendly and our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. The hotel is close to some restaurants, but there is no place to walk nearby the hotel. The breakfast for €8.00 was very basic, no fresh fruit and no eggs but decent coffee. "

"Lovely, quirky hotel right in the middle of the city so very convenient for everything. The receptionists were excellent, so bright and helpful. Particularly helped with the parking as it’s quite tricky when the small car park is busy. The rooms were interesting - each seems to have an individual theme with different colours and attractive vintage furniture. Very comfortable with lovely linen bedding. One small thing is that whilst they have tea and coffee in the room you have to get milk from reception which is a minor but unnecessary inconvenience. The rooms were spotless, as were the interestingly decorated communal areas. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was very standard and not so well maintained if you don’t get there first thing. Oddly, they serve your coffee in a jug with no top which means it goes cold very quickly which is very frustrating. "
