We stayed at the La Folie Douce Hotel while Chamonix was mobbed by ultra athletes competing in the 2024 UTMB ultra marathon, so the room prices were sky-high. We paid much to much for a very small dormitory style room. The hotel was clean an well maintained, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel if the price was acceptable.

The most amazing views! Always something happening in the hotel and so many amenities. The vibe was fun and entertaining.

Although the property offers a great location and beautiful grounds,
It felt like a CLUB MED with tons of partying at the pool and loud music in the outside on hotel property! A BIG disappointment!!
