We couldn’t actually stay…I booked online here with Orbitz and they were closed upon arrival! I am still waiting for a refund! I’m very frustrated!!!! We had to scurry to find different accommodations (with 2 young children and lots of stuff on public transportation…we had just gotten released from our 2-week quarantine upon arrival back to Cambodia from a trip over seas…SO FRUSTRATING!!!)

Over-rated as 4 stars, it surely needs renovation
Posted 17 Jun 2020 on HotelsWith the facilities and condition of furniture, interior deco etc, it is overated as 4 stars hotel. The most is 2 stars. It's a pretty old hotel. Just that room condition is still clean, and staff are friendly.

Simply an excellent, well-run hotel. Every need is anticipated and they never disappoint. I am a repeat guest and I will keep returning to this wonderful property.

In desperate need of TLC.
Warped floors, chipped walls, broken pool tiles, rusty nails & limited breakfast offerings.
What a shame! It’s a wonderful location.
