Location not the best, staff were fabulous, is a 24/7 supermarket 50 mtrs up the road.

Bar at pool area was closed. And so no way to order drinks or food. Only able to attend breakfast buffet.

Good choice
Posted 12 Feb 2019 on HotelsI got the corner suite, room was huge, had a commercial kitchen. Prices are reasonable, $15 Khmer massage. Free breakfast had a good selection. Free parking. Higher floors had good views of the city.

Poor staff attitudes. Most staff are unhelpful and not able to communicate in English. This hotel caters mostly for Chinese national tour groups and local conference delegates. Bad breakfast choice. Food and drinks were not replenished. As paying guests, you have to "fight" for seats and food with hotel staff mainly their own management staff who dine about 9.30am. Dining tables were left dirty and used silverwear weren't replaced for new dining guests.

First of all, we’d to say thanks to you for choosing our property for your accommodation in Phnom Penh and we also regretted to hear that you weren’t satisfied with our service performances while you were staying with us. Actually, in the late of Oct and early of Nov, our occupancy was very high and also has many meeting as well. Most of our guests had breakfast at the same time in our restaurant so the seat may not fit for all of them. One more thing, we are sure that our staff always replenishes food or cleans all dining tables after guests finish their meal and re setup for the new guest but just a bit late if many guests coming. Anyway, we’d like to apologize for any inconvenient cases while you were here and take note your mention to improve our service quality to be better. With best regards, Piseth

Very nice hotel

Songkhran visit

Pros: Good size room...pool and fitness center.....
Cons: Entrance from the street. No A/C in hall ways....
Location: The hotel is close to one tourist attraction. There is a main road nearby where you can locate restaurants on foot.
Easy to locate hotel, good breakfast, good friendly staff....
