"We rented one of the 2 apartments next to the 8(ish) stories building. The space was cool and useable. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Our only complaints can be easily addressed; 1-we were not showed which of the switches turned on the hot water, and 2-the seating in the main living/dining room consisted of only chairs. There was no couch to relax on and the seats quickly became uncomfortable to sit in for longer periods of time. We...

"We stayed in the penthouse for 5 nights and overall, it was a very good experience. The penthouse had 2 floors, linked by a nice wooden spiral staircase. For 2 people, it was quite enjoyable. First floor has the living room and the first bedroom (with a bathroom with a bathtub). On the second floor, there is the kitchen / dining area and the second bedroom (with a bathroom with a shower booth). "Lovely stay at the Present Hotel! It is very conveniently located so you can easily explore Hoi An. Place was clean and quiet. Checkin was easy. 24 hour front desk. I slept well and enjoyed my stay. "

"Friendly staff, the hotel is clean and is close to the beach and nearby attractions. Room is well-equipped, was able to make some dinner for the night right in the room as well as doing some laundry. Well-balanced between a hotel and an apartment. Definitely worth staying here."

"Everything is exactly like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are brilliant and helped with anything we needed. They will happily organise tours for you if you would like. We stayed here 2 nights and very much enjoyed. Most places are within a mile so you can walk easily. Even after we checked out and had to wait in the lobby for our transfer they held our bags and gave us free cold water while we waited. I could not recommend enough."

"This is in a more local neighbourhood but there are several bigger hotels nearby. Close to the beach and the main strip. Everything looked great from the photos but it was noisy due to the design as the pool was in the courtyard and stairs are metal. There is a massive echo like an acoustic chamber and there were families with kids so it was noisier than I expected. Otherwise the rooms were a good size and convenience store was next door. "This hotel is an excellent for its location to the beach and expectional service. You will experience a level of service that is different from the moment you walk in to check-in until the moment you leave. The rooms are big and also very clean. The message spa is both very good and the service is top notch. Its location is only 10 mine from Da Nang airport. I will be return to this hotel again and i highly recommend it for anyone going to Da Nang."

"Beautiful resort and very attentive staff. We enjoyed daily breakfast which had so many offerings, it was hard to choose. The spa was also delightful. The Infiniti pool was unique. I’d highly recommend this resort. "

"Hôtel 5* extra propre, vraiment agréable et relaxant! La piscine et le jardin étaient magnifiques! Le déjeuner gargantuesque et délicieux. Le personnel super attentionné et d’une grande gentillesse. Juste un petit bémol pour la plage qui n’était pas encore aménagé. "
