Buyer beware
Posted 25 Apr 2024 on HotelsLong story short we had to had to cancel all three hotels we had booked. 2 of them were very understanding and released our funds back to us. However this hotel could not have cared less about our situation-even though we notified them 4 weeks before our scheduled arrival. Very disappointed that they cared only about money and not the patrons.

Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine but could use an additional slice of toast without being charged for it.

Staff was great, facility was better than expected for the price. Only thing it's sort of hidden and not close to a lot of the things we wanted to see.

It's clean and nice space, but slightly overpriced for the space they offer.
Didn't have basics like dental kit or even matchbox, had to visit 7-11 for everything.
Pictures show balcony, but there wasn't any balcony to the room given to us.
