Came for a retreat and it was perfect. Spacious room, good restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. Not the best walkability, though a few restaurants and small markets within a mile. They miss small details, like dirty windows, so not a 5 star place, but more than adequate for an inclusive retreat or if wanting to just sit by a pool and read a book for a few days.

The property itself was nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The restaurant was nice - good food and a laidbaid and well decorated atmosphere. The staff was sweet but could have used additional training, although they tried really hard which was appreciated. There's much within walking distance of the property and it's expensive to hire a taxi from there. A scooter is a must but be careful on the road as driving in Phuket is hectic!

Recommended - A little piece of calm
Posted 13 Feb 2020 on HotelsStaying in a Deluxe Villa - everything about this resort is calming, warm and friendly. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the food at the restaurant convenient and tasty and the rooms were very comfy and well designed. I would 100% stay again.

Great front desk and cleaning staff, the service in the restaurant was very slow though and the resort is a bit isolated so there weren’t too many other food options within walking distance. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing

Pros: Very relaxing and quiet.
Cons: Would be great if it has a jacuzzi or sauna room.
I had a very pleasant experience here. The surrounding is very relaxing and the staff are always helpful.
