We visited for our Honeymoon and my 50th Birthday absolutely loved the views and atmosphere of the area.

The cabin looks just as it is advertised, but what they don’t show you is that there a number of shoddy repairs that are pretty evident, the toilet doesn’t work well, and the walk-in shower doesn’t have a handheld shower head. We also found that the cable tv that is advertised as being included was extremely limited and we couldn’t use the television in the bedroom at all after our second night because the remote stopped working completely; I had to power it off by unplugging it. Overall, this property has a lot of potential, but it desperately needs to be renovated and updated. The only appliance in there younger than 10-15 yrs old was the Keurig coffeemaker and possibly the refrigerator. Also, when they say the driveway is steep, they mean it - it’s probably close to a 50 degree slope up to the parking pad from the road.

I do see that you reported the Toilet and walk-in shower issues to your 24/7 Guest Services Team. Unfortunately, these issues weren't mentioned to us until the last night of your stay. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention.
We are happy to share that the TV issues and toilet issues have both been resolved. Due to your most recent feedback, we have provided our operations team with your concerns and plan to have a team go through this property to get things back up to our standards.

The property overall was peaceful and lovely. It’s perfect for a couple. However, there should be more than one wash cloth per person and a warming about driveway. I had anxiety every time we ventured out. Also, there should be a better TV selection. I would recommend this property for someone that doesn’t plan to leave much but there’s not much entertainment if you stay in.

Beautiful location very well maintained property
Drive way little steep first part but no issues getting in or out (your in the mountains)
