Dear Adesola Tojuola,Thank you for staying with us. We feel very sorry that we didn’t exceed your expectations. We are a small hotel consenting of 30 rooms and we try to develop a friendly relation with our guests, trying always our best to provide them with the best hospitality. We spoke with our team and we find your review quite exaggerating. It’s not the hotel’s fault that you didn’t knew from the beginning what was included in your reservation. You didn’t book directly through the hotel so all the details were clearly show to you before finalizing your reservation. The hotel in not linked with any taxi or taxi company our colleagues in the front desk was calling you a taxi from radio taxi of the city which is a company that everyone calls for a taxi. We do the same all the time and every time is a different taxi driver. During your stay we didn’t receive any complaints about the bed we could have fixed that for you by simply moving you to another room or changing the mattress for you. Breakfast was very bland and limited according to your likings. In our breakfast buffet we have a big variety of choices and we are trying our best to provide the guests with most Greek and local products. The distance from the airport to the hotel is also known to the guest beforehand and all of our services such as spa and massage. We know places that can provide with services such as massage and spa but you didn’t receive a request form you. As for the cats and dogs in Greece this in not a secret it’s something that everyone knows. We clearly understand that maybe its new for you but also its not our hotel’s fault. There a lot of people that dislike animals unfortunately. We also don’t agree that Chalkida is not a place for tourists. Every area provides a different touristic product. Every place has its own unique beauty. We agree that is not the most touristic place in Greece but this is not what everyone is looking for. Kind Regards,Almira Mare team
