A beautiful property. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The included breakfast is amazing, make sure to try the mollitas!
The beach club is a great addition to this property so clean and relaxing.
Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are old and in need of some updates. The bathroom was horrible. No water pressure and old fixtures. The bed was comfortable and it had a good AC. The breakfast was big and lots of choices. The service was not very good. The staff worked very hard but they were not very attentive. It was difficult to get cream for coffee. Difficult to get hot tea. Difficult to get toast. They have an english and spanish menu.

Not satisfied with the crew they’re not professional and seems like they appreciate the tourist, I asked for a copy of my receipt when I did my checkout and they don’t even have a paper receptionist. We don’t have paper To print a receipt for you, The AC on the room was not working properly and the axis from the lobby to the room has way too many stairs. I was with a handicap woman, and it was no elevator, it was very uncomfortable and unsafe for this particular guess, I will not choose this hotel again in the future.

I liked the location and the fact that they have the boats right across the street, very convenient. Although facility is one of the very first ones in that area, bedrooms have enough space but the suite I stayed in didn’t have a closet. Parking is very limited in the main building, not super convenient.
