We had a very god night’s sleep and the hotel had some very charming features. Also, the parking was very easy. However, there was a lot of dust in our room ( huge clumps of it) and the breakfast was €10 a head, which seemed extortionate - so we went elsewhere for that. All in all, a pretty place with excellent parking, but not particularly clean and somewhat overpriced. The hotel also takes a long time to respond to messages. Would be nice if these improvements were made.

Bad hotel. Avoid it at all cost.

We arrive at 3.40pm in hot sun. The hotel refuse to let us in to the hotel We just want shade and sit down in the lobby for waiting That happen in the 14th june night Then there are 2 dogs and 1 cats always walk around the lobby and sitting on breakfast table Which the staff seem not to care at all. Then on the 15th june 10.30 am. The hotel manager or owner ask us to move to 4th floor and the hotel has no lift and no service to help us carry the laggauges. The staff never apologize for the inconvenience. And when my dad is arguing, the hotel staff ask us to leave the hotels, so we cannot stay in the hotel.

Disappointed.

Posted 30 May 2022 on Hotels
We had requested a quiet room. We arrived to find that we had been given one overlooking the main road, and when saying that I had requested a quiet one the owner was quiet aggressive and said that only people who had rung up could expect that. He arranged a swap with a room overlooking the back, but it was up 2 more flights and was smaller - not a big problem but he would not allow us a kettle, despite the fact that our allocated room had a kettle and we were still paying for that bigger room. He was very brusque,.

Excellent stay, hotel is quaint, accepts dogs. The welcome is very friendly and breakfast is good. Nice restaurants around the hotel as well.

Good location and secure parking. Utterly disorganised, but, hey, any port in a storm!

Beautiful garden. Lovely owner. But no lift, so if you're on the top floor, there are a lot of stairs to climb with your bags.

Bikes safely locked in garage, good WiFi. Large comfortable room. Cool garden in which to sit with our own drinks. Short walk to eateries

Very small shower . Despite having a lot of luggage we were given an attic room on the third floor , the last set of stairs being attic stairs , additionally with loose handrails between the first and second floor . The owner/manager helped us take luggage upstairs . The room was small and made smaller by there being an extra bed in the room . Breakfast was served inside . We regretted staying there , as it appears there are many nicer alternatives .

Nice staff, good breakfast. Hotel remodeling underway. The bathroom was clean but older tub and shower apparatus so hope that is part of the remodeling. Nice, ambiance of older French style decor in rooms.
