The room was clean, both people working the front desk were friendly and attentive even when showing up late/leaving early, breakfast was hot and dress, bathroom was CLEAN, bed was comfortable- I was really happy with my short stay!

only stairs so had to haul everything upstairs when the motel only about half full

Very quick check in.
Room needed attention. The freezer was clear full of ice. Light bulbs were burnt out. Quite a bit of dust on things.
