The staff were very friendly and hospitable. However the room I was initially given was absolutely disgusting. The pillowcases had drool stains (I hope they were just drool stains) all over them, and there was an overpowering stench that literally made me gag upon entering the room. It smelled like sewage, and was even stronger in the bathroom. So I would assume this means there is a problem with the plumbing. I arrived to the hotel very late after a 10 hour journey, and I really didn’t want to be a nuisance. But the smell was so terrible I couldn’t sleep. I finally asked to change rooms, and the second rooms’ smell was much much better. Though the sheets still had stains on them. At that point though, it was nearly 3am and I was just grateful I wasn’t breathing in waste fumes. The rooms were nowhere near as cute as the photos posted online. It is more like a run down motel, complete with plastic patio furniture (not the furniture pictured) and a questionable shower that appeared to be in desperate need of some bleach. There was parking, but it was a street over. So if you have a lot of luggage you’ll either need to take a few long trips or risk leaving it locked in the trunk. The booking came with a free breakfast, which was pleasant. And they are pet friendly, charging 300baht extra for your furbaby’s stay. I feel hesitant to post this, because the staff really was very sweet and accommodating. But the inexcusable sewage smell and the dirty linens really ruined my stay.

We had a meeting with the maids in order to understand your un-satisfaction and took already all measures about what happened. At the same time, I was very surprised when I read your review as you book for one night, and then the day after, you book again for a second night, so maybe it was not so terrible as your description... Who knows ?

Steep stairs no elevator & no help

Not suitable for family too close to bars playing loud music late night. There is no beach view.

Not for family hotel

The location is not for family environment because its in the alley where the bars play music loud into late night. I did not like the skinny steep stairs having to carry large suitcases without help because we are elders. There is no elavator. If you use credit card to pay, there will be additional charge. There is no telephone in the room. If you want to stay here with less noise, stay the other side (not balcony).
