Posted 18 Jan 2020 on HotelsMale manager seems to be always busy looking at his cell ph. on a daily basis. He can barely understood english even for a basic request. Room doesn't have refrigerator. Bed is only a full size (US standard's full size) can barely fit 2 adults.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. we have several room types to offer. All other room types are equipped with refrigerator except for standard room that you booked. We should have upgraded you to the room with the fridge if we’re aware of your problem. All beds in the hotel are 5’ queen mattress. We’re sorry that it couldn’t fit you. Moreover, we will into the staff behaviors and manners according to your suggestion.

Das Hotel war direkt am Strand, super sauber. Das Personal sollte noch einen Englischkurs machen, aber mit Händen und Füßen und immer ein Lächeln ging es auch.
