Pros: If want your holiday wrecked,please visit cha am perfect house.nothing perfect about it.THIEVES
Cons: Shutdown best thing
Location: Have the police telephone number at hand
Me & my thai wife have spent a beach holiday for 12 years at this establishment 1week 2 weeks.same owners same cleaners.On the 18 July 2018.Iwas meet at the door of our room by the cleaner,would you like your room cleaned(yes please).having staying for so many years you think you trust the staff.A total of £ 670.00 was taken from my bag(I wonder who took that Hmmm).Owners didn’t want to know,could not give me police number nothing.luckily after all them years our local friends took us to police.Was not much interested.BANG and then my Thai family got involved,not what you know who you know,Like I say stay at your own risk.

สำหรับ ประเด็นเรื่องนี้ ทางโรงแรมขอชี้แจง ดังนี้
1.ทางโรงแรมเปิดดำเนินการมามากว่า 12 ปี ไม่มีเรื่องแบบนี้เกิด
ขี้น
2.ทางโรงแรมได้ติดป้ายประกาศ ทั้งด้านหน้าเคาน์เตอร์และใน
ห้องพักทุกห้อง เรื่อง ให้ฝากของมีค่าทุกชนิดไว้กับทาง
โรงแรม ซึ่งมีตู้นิรภัยอย่างดี หากท่านไม่ได้ฝากทางเราจะ
ไม่รับผิดชอบ
3.ก่อนเกิดเหตุ ทางสามีและภรรยาคู่นี้มีปัญหาและทะเลาะอยู่
เพราะทางภรรยาพาญาติมาจากโคราช จนทำให้ภรรยาต้อง
กลับไปกับญาติ วันรุ้งขึ้นได้กลับมาช่วงเย็นๆ จึงได้รู้ว่าของ
หาย
4.และในวันเดียวกันทางโรงแรมได้ให้ลูกค้าไปแจ้งความกับ
ตำรวจและทางตำรวจได้มาเก็บหลักฐานที่ห้องพักและนำ
ซองเงินไปตรวจเพื่อพิสูจน์ลายมือที่ซองเงิน ในขณะนี้ทาง
ตำรวจได้เรียกแม่บ้านไปสอบปากคำแล้ว และทางปัจจุบัณ
ทางแม่บ้านก็ยังทำงานตามปกติ ยังรอผลการตรวจพิสูจน์
หลักฐานจากตำรวจอยู่ แม่บ้านก็ไม่มีพฤติกรรมหลบหนี แต่
อย่างใด พร้อมที่จะรอผลพิสูจน์ จากตำรวจทุกเวลา
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบ

Die Lage ist sehr gut,direkt an der Bar Strasse und nur ca 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Ich finde das preis leistungs Verhältnis sehr gut.
