"I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. "As part of a European road trip, we booked these apartments for a two night stay but now wish we had booked to stay for longer. The apartments are very modern, with nice decor and have everything that you need, Outside there is a large bbq area and fire pit. The location is beautiful, it’s by the river with views over the mountains. The owner Viktor and his family are very nice people and make you feel most welcome. "

"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

"We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. "The property has an excellent location. It is within walking distance from the lake and the castle. The closest supermarket is only 3 blocks away. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. The apartment does not have air conditioning so depending of the weather it could be hot, specially at night, but other than that is a perfect space for two people. "

"We hadden een fijn verblijf en mochten eerder inchecken. We troffen de eigenaar bij aankomst aan en communicatie was fijn en soepel, ook vooraf per mail. Het OV stopt voor de deur, maar het centrum is ook goed aan te lopen. Supermarkt om de hoek. Accomodatie was netjes, compleet en goed verzorgd. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay! It was about a 40-minute walk to the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside and it was very quick to go downtown that way if you don't have a car. There are hiking paths in the huge park nearby and an excellent restaurant across the street serving Slovenian cuisine. "Stylish boutique hotel with 'old bone' beauty and modernized skins situated at the foot of a picturesque walking bridge over the river with local restaurants & shops in abundance - all while maintaining a calm, relaxing vibe throughout the hotel space.
