While we strive to cater to the diverse needs of our guests, certain amenities, such as coffee or kettle, are not provided as part of our standard room setup. And this is stated in detail through the amenity information panel on Expedia platform. However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider your suggestions for future improvements.As for the bathroom amenities, we understand your frustration with the process of requesting additional items via WhatsApp. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we will review our procedures to ensure a more seamless and comprehensive provision of amenities while also sustaining our environmentally cautious operation. Regarding your feedback about towels, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we do not allow towels outside the facility as part of our policy. Thank you for your understanding. For take-outs, towels and all facility merchandise can be found for sale in Bernadet Shop located in the facility.We are concerned to hear about the communication you received regarding our policies.
