I can only speak for the room we stayed in (room 2), and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additional cost cost on arrival for parking (about 15 euro per day - which I think is a lot). The host was not very flexible with payments and we had to leave to go and get the money before getting access to the room.
The room smelled horrendously of mould and damp. We felt sick being in there and even with the windows wide open the smell was horrible. The room was freezing (colder than outside) and we asked the host if it was possible to turn the radiators on but was told it was the warm season and it would be an extra cost for some warmth. We felt we could not be in the room as it was so unpleasant. We did not address this with the host as we felt that previous conversations had not gone too well and after reading other reviews we felt it was pointless.
Additionally, the fridge, kettle and glasses were stored in the bathroom with a really unsafe electrical setup.
Towels were still damp/wet on arrival and did not dry in the cold damp room thought the entire stay. This is the worst room we've stayed in during our 3 months in Europe and I think this place is a health hazard. Unfortunately not recommending.

This name is not registered in our reception system, hence its ANONYMOUS, the rewie is spiteful most possibly his friend did not get free parking, did not want to pay for extra heating during a suumer season and is angry, etc. No more needs to be said.

Jsme velice překvapeni že hostovi, který v našem Penzionu NEBYL ubytovaný, nemá o ubytování v našem penzionu sebemenší tušení, může napsat recenzi. Ano, to, co píšeme je o tomto hostovi, tento host u nás nikdy nebyl ubytovaný. Totiž tento host při nájezdu 26. 9. 2022 odmítl platit poplatky, které Expedia našemu penzionu neplatí. Host si je má zaplatit v naší recepci navíc po stažení naší platby za ubytování od Expedia. Host odmítnul zaplatit poplatky, neubytoval se, odešel z recepce nám neznámo kam, prostě odjel. Takže tento host u nás pobyt nezačal, a tak pobyt ani neskončil, a proto by tento host neměl mít možnost napsat jakoukoliv Recenzi o našem penzion..

Kommunikation sehr unfreundlich bis beleidigend. Leistung wurde uns verweigert.
Wir haben im Vorraus bezahlt und sollten nur noch Kurtaxe und Hund bezahlen.
Wir kamen mit unserem Auto an und wollten einchecken. Der Rezeptionist teilte uns mit, dass wir 11 Euro pro Tag für den Parkplatz zahlen müssten.
Wir entschieden das Auto woanders zu parken.
Er meinte, dass wir die 11 Euro nun trotzdem zahlen müssten, da wir ja schon einmal auf dem Parkplatz geparkt hätten und "dreisterweise" unser Gepäck entladen haben.
Erst nach Telefonat mit dem Anbieter ließ er von der Forderung ab.
Nachdem er uns einchecken "musste" berechnete er den doppelten Betrag (als auf der Website angegeben) für einen Hund.
Nach einer provokanten Aussage und nicht notwenigendigen Berührung von seiner Seite wurde ich lauter und wir wurden daraufhin rausgeschmissen.
Das schon überwiesene Geld wurde nicht zurückerstattet

This guest, the lady did not completed her registration into our guesthouse because she refused to pay for the City tax [she also did not wonted to pay for her dog in the room and car parking]. She didn't want to understand that the added services she ordered were not paid for yet. She insisted that she had already paid everything, that she would not pay anything more, that we had to accommodate her because she had already paid for the accommodation. Because she did not want to pay for the City Tax, so she was told that it was not possible to complete the registration into the guesthouse. So this lady decided that she will not pay anything more, and left our penyion and never returned. Be everybody informed, her reservation was non-refundable, so she did not get any money back.

chambre vaste mais tres mal agencé, on se cognait la tête contre les plafonds mansardés.

Děkujeme za Vaši upřímnost a přímou komunikaci, vždy se snažíme každému slušnému hostovi, který komunikuje vyjít vstříc, když potřebuje. Bez přímé komunikace, což někteří hosté dělají to, ale nejde.

Prožili jsme tam pěkný týden. Ubytování bylo pěkné, na recepci byli vstřícní, můžeme doporučit.

Der Hotelier war sehr unsympathisch, Handtücher wurden einmal für 4 Tage ausgehändigt, Toilettenpapier musste man selbst besorgen. Kein Ort der Erholung, eher etwas unheimlich.
Fazit; nie wieder !!!

Tento host si neobjednal žádnou pokojovou službu, při nájezdu hostovi bylo řečeno že může v průběhu pracovní doby v recepci požádat o vše co bude vyžadovat, nikdy nepřišel.

Tento host stál ve frontě hostů kteří přijeli před ním a tak čekal než na něho přijde řada. Nevěděli jsme že chvátá, jinak bychom ho odbavili přednostně.
