Esperienza tutto sommato buona, con eccezione al modo poco elegante, professionale e delicato da parte del FOM signora Michela. Volevo estendere il soggiorno e naturalmente senza cambiare la camerata, ma nonostante l’estensione prevedeva altre 3 notti , il Front Office Manager Michela con giustificazione : Abbiamo un cliente affezionato che pretende quella camera….
Certamente per me era la prima esperienza in questo hotel sarei ritornato con molto piacere ma purtroppo …. Oltre il cambio camera dell’ultima notte, motivo per qui l’ultima notte abbiamo scelto un altra struttura e non mi ha fatto sentire “ welcome back”

Beautiful hotel and probably among the best in Cesenatico. Came in mid-June and things were still more quiet. Breakfast and overall service was excellent. Only downside was that rental of beach chairs was not included and when booking there was no information or option to include it, so those extra €50/day of rental came as a surprise.
